Once your request for an exchange has been processed, we will arrange a collection from your address. When we have received your item/s (unworn and unwashed with swing ticket attached) we will send you a new one! Please provide us with the details (style name, colour + size) of the new item you would like us to send to you under special instructions on the next page. 

Jane Sews ships for free! We do not cover the full charge to collect your item from you, however we are committed to providing a convenient and user friendly service for our customers. We will handle all the logistics and arrange a collection from your door, once we have received your original order, a new item will be delivered to you, at a service fee of R90. Please contact us if you have any concerns or queries. Your opinion matters the most.
