WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. All orders are dispatched with our courier; Dawn Wing and arrive within 2-4 working days provided that the product is in stock. Please allow 7-14 working days for products that are made to order.
DO YOU OFFER OVERNIGHT SHIPPING?
Yes, we can arrange an overnight delivery for you, we charge R150 for this service. Please note — overnight orders must be placed before 1pm 'the day of' in order to arrive the by following day. Orders placed after this time will arrive within 48 hours. Please mail firstname.lastname@example.org before 1pm to request overnight shipping.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, all International orders ship via registered mail and are expected to arrive within 7-21 days, orders include tracking information and can be traced online. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit and do not accept returns on international orders. Please note, tracking on international orders takes 3-4 days to populate. WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We want you to love your Jane Sews piece and are committed to providing you with the best fit. If you are not entirely satisfied we offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery for national orders. The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with swing ticket attached. To request an exchange, please email email@example.com with your order number and one of our team members will get back to you shortly! If you would like us to handle the logistics of your exchange we can arrange a collection from your door. Once your item/s have been received by us, your desired item/s will be delivered to you at a service fee of R90. Please note — we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items. Regrettably we can not accept returns on international orders.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a 30 day return policy for national orders. The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with a swing ticket attached. To request a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and one of our team members will get in touch shortly! Store credit is issued via email in the form of a digital gift card, it can be used at any time and never expires. To cover shipping and restocking R90.00 will be deducted from your credit. Please note — we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items. Regrettably we can not accept returns on international orders.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY STORE CREDIT?
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your store credit. Once we have collected and accepted your item(s) your store credit will be processed and we’ll send you a a gift card via email.
WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
If you received a damaged or defective product, please email email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the garment. We'll take care of you!
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANY SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?
Some items in the store are made to order, it can take us up to 10 business days to make, pack and dispatch those particular items. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details and a tracking number that can be used online to follow the whereabouts of your parcel. The online tracking system will be available once the parcel is scanned which can take up to 6 hours.
