WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
It is our goal that you love your Jane Sews purchase. Our models are of different sizes, heights and shapes. When picturing how an item may look on, there will always be a disparity between how a piece looks on the model and how it may fit/sit/fall/hang on different body shapes in reality. When selecting your size refer to the fit details under the size tab on each product page. If you are unsure about the fit portrayed or have any questions about a particular style, send your measurement to email@example.com and we’ll help you find the right size.
I PLACED AN ORDER, WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Customers will receive an order confirmation as soon as their order has been processed. If you have paid for your order via EFT the processing takes a little longer. If you have not received an email confirmation check your junk/spam folder. If the confirmation email is still missing it is possible we might have the wrong address, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can find your confirmation and forward it to the correct address.
DO YOU HAVE A STORE?
Yes! We have our brick and mortar fitting room and studio at the Sensory Room in Cape Town, South Africa. Visit us in studio between 10am and 2pm Monday and Friday.
CAN YOU CUSTOMISE A GARMENT FOR ME?
Unfortunately, due to time limitations and quantity, we do not take any private orders. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and value each customer’s feedback so feel free to send through any suggestions.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
Yes we do! Each order is neatly wrapped before it is dispatched. If you want to place an order for a gift, we can arrange to send the parcel directly to the recipient’s address and include a customised message inside. Feel free to contact us, we will be happy to help.
WILL YOU RE-STOCK ITEMS THAT ARE CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK?
As our products are locally made in Durban we draw from the resources around us. Unfortunately if a certain fabric is discontinued those styles cannot be restocked however some items in the store will be restocked. If you would like us to send you these updates, sign up for our newsletter.
